Our market will be open Sundays from 9am to 1pm starting May 19th 2024 and running through the fall.
Our market will be held in the Montrose School rear parking lot at 29 North Street in Medfield. Montrose is within walking distance of downtown Medfield and offers both abundant parking and accessibility to all.
There will be a variety of vendors at the market, selling locally grown produce, locally raised meat, maple syrup, honey, homemade specialty food products, handmade jewelry, and more.
Yes, many of our vendors accept credit cards, but we recommend bringing cash just in case.
Although MCM doesn't have 501(c)(3) status at the moment, the Executive Committee does not make a profit from the market. We are currently an unincorporated nonprofit organization. All of the funds earned/donated go directly to the operations of the market.
Two of the produce vendors who will regularly attend our market accept WIC & Senior coupons. One of our produce vendors also accepts SNAP & HIP.
*The Farmers Market Nutrition Program coupons offer current WIC participants over 4 months old and low-income seniors coupons that can be used to buy fresh vegetables and fruits at approved farmers markets and farmstands in Massachusetts. Medfield Community Market is an approved farmers market for this program. If you have any questions about these coupons, please send us an email.
**The Healthy Incentives Program puts money back on your EBT card when you use SNAP to buy healthy local fruits and vegetables from HIP farm vendors. If you have any questions about HIP, please send us an email.
